Pilates Reformer

This is class is key to unlocking strength, flexibility and control to reform your body and mental state to one of that is centered around you.  Workouts designed to challenge, develop, strengthen and lengthen your entire body stemming from your core.

  • What to Wear: Pants, leggings, capris – what is comfortable (No shorts) and Bare feet or Pilates socks

  • Arrive: 5 – 10 minutes prior to class

Free Reformer Basics

A prerequisite for students who have never taken a Reformer class and who intend to take any of the reformer-based classes. This class orients the student to the Reformer equipment and his/her personal settings. This class also introduces students to the Basic Principles of PILATES while experiencing a beginner style overview of a typical class.

  • What to Wear: Pants, leggings, capris – what is comfortable (No shorts) and Bare feet or Pilates socks 
  • Bring: Water Bottle and an Open Mind
  • Prerequisite: None
  • Arrive: 5 – 10 minutes prior to class

Reformer Plus

Each Reformer Plus class is is distinctly different, but consistently balanced. Intervals of traditional reformer, exo chair, ladder barrel, Cadillac, arcs, barre, magic circles, and more! Be prepared to have fun while improving your flexibility, muscle tone, and core strength!

Pilates Chair & Barrels

The Pilates Chair is arguably the most advanced piece of equipment Joe Pilates invented.  Combined with Mat and Barrel work on the floor, students will be challenged and motivated to work hard and make serious changes to the strength, stability and flexibility of their bodies. 

  • What to Wear: Pants, leggings, capris – what is comfortable (No shorts) and Bare feet or Pilates socks 
  • Bring: Water Bottle and Energy
  • Prerequisite: Not required but recommended: Some experience in Pilates Mat or Reformer
  • Arrive: 5 – 10 minutes prior to class

Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat Classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. These classes take place in a group setting using your body weight as the primary source of resistance.
Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment. Classes emphasize the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs.

Pilates Barre

Pilates Barre takes the best of the original Lotte Berk method and updates it with contemporary Pilates Movement Principles to create a high energy, safe and fun workout appropriate for all fitness levels and ages.
The barre workout sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged by using isolated movements to target the thighs, buttocks, abdominals, and even arms while improving coordination and balance. It is the ideal compliment to any Pilates practice.

One-on-One Training – Personalized Training Sessions

An individualized approach to your fitness or rehab experience. Includes a comprehensive postural analysis and utilizes various Pilates and studio equipment, including: reformer, cadillac, arcs & ladder barrels, exo chair, bosu, TRX and spring-boards.

All private classes are 55 minutes with numerous, highly-qualified, instructors available. Private classes can be scheduled 7-days a week, at a time that is convenient for you. Great for injury rehabilitation and for those with limited movement. Or for those wanting to reach specific fitness goals. You will be set up with the instructor that most fits your needs.
