The 6th Annual Thanksgiving Last Chance Workout Last Chance Workout! Avoid Thanksgiving Weight Gain! This 90 minute fat-blasting total body workout with Pieter, Marisa, and Stacy will burn 1000-2000 calories... using reformer, barre, cardio, yoga, weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and balls.
