52 weeks of fitness will expand on the “We are One” movement that we created to bring the whole fitness community together in 2015. Our focus on connection over competition will lead us on a journey to experience 52 different yoga & crossfit studios, one each week during 2016. We will announce where we will be going each week on our website and social media. We look forward to you joining us, inviting your friends, and engaging everyone. We will bring the community together on our quest to create a balanced mind in a balanced body.

Our mission is to expose people to different fitness activities, gather a commUNITY together and support personal growth through group activity.
